The Football Association of Thailand emphasizes the importance of referee development as a key factor in elevating Thai football and ensuring efficient internal operations. With this crucial position remaining vacant for some time, we are now accepting applications for the role of "Director of Refereeing" with the following details and qualifications:

Position: Director of Refereeing (1 position)
Salary: Based on the Association’s standard criteria
Employment Status: Full-time employee of the Association

Position Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or higher.
Extensive knowledge of football rules and regulations, with experience as a referee either domestically or internationally.
Strong English communication skills.
Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to work as part of a team in planning, presenting, and executing strategies and various projects to meet objectives.
Ability to work full-time and outside regular working hours. (Ability to travel)
Proficiency in essential computer programs.

Responsibilities:
Efficiently and systematically manage the operations of employees under your supervision according to the Association’s policies.
Set strategic directions for developing the refereeing organization and its personnel.
Design and plan referee development programs, including academic work, training, international assignments, fitness testing, courses, seminars, and more.
Collaborate with internal Association units and departments, as well as national and international organizations, to enhance referee standards.
Coordinate with FIFA and other Member Associations.
