Asia's Sole Representative: "Madam Pang" Joins Women's Football Leadership Forum

On May 15, 2024, "Madam Pang" Nualphan Lamsam, President of the Football Association of Thailand, took part in the Leadership Forum: Executive Women in Football. Hosted by FIFA and led by President Gianni Infantino, the forum focused on promoting women's football.

Infantino highlighted FIFA's commitment to women's football, noting the expansion from 24 to 32 teams in the 2023 Women's World Cup in New Zealand and Australia. The upcoming 74th FIFA Congress will also vote on the host for the 2027 Women's World Cup.

The forum featured prominent leaders like Sarai Bareman, FIFA's Head of Women's Football, Debbie Hewitt, the first female Chair of the English Football Association, Sonia Fulford, the first female President of the Turks and Caicos Islands Football Association, and "Madam Pang," the first female President of the Thai Football Association and Asia's first.
