#สมาพันธ์ฟุตบอลเอเชีย (เอเอฟซี) และคณะกรรมการจัดแข่งขันของสมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลแห่งประเทศไทยฯ ขอแจ้งให้ทราบถึงข้อปฏิบัติ สำหรับการเข้าชมการแข่งขันฟุตบอลโลก 2026 รอบคัดเลือก โซนเอเชีย รอบ 2 นัดที่ 4 ที่ ทีมชาติไทย จะเปิดสนามราชมังคลากีฬาสถาน พบกับ ทีมชาติเกาหลีใต้ ในวันที่ 26 มีนาคม 2567 ดังนี้

????ข้อกำหนดการนำอุปกรณ์เชียร์เข้าสนามแข่งขัน มีดังนี้

- งดการนำอุปกรณ์การเชียร์ที่ผิดต่อกฎระเบียบการแข่งขันทุกชนิด

-อุปกรณ์การเชียร์ทุกชนิดจะต้องได้รับการตรวจสอบและต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากฝ่ายจัดการแข่งขัน โดยการพิจารณาขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของ สมาพันธ์ฟุตบอลเอเชีย และคณะกรรมการจัดการแข่งขัน

- ห้ามนำธงที่มีขนาดใหญ่เกิน 2x3 เมตร เข้าสนามแข่งขัน (ยกเว้นธงชาตินำเข้าได้ แต่ถ้ามีขนาดใหญ่เกินกว่าที่กำหนดต้องทำหนังสือถึงสมาคมที่อีเมล competitions.events@fathailand.org เพื่อขออนุญาตและนำฝากอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ กับฝ่ายจัดการแข่งขัน ภายในวันที่ 24 มีนาคม 2567 เวลา 17.00 น.)

- ห้ามนำด้ามธงที่ทำจากวัสดุแข็ง เช่น เหล็ก,อลูมิเนียม,ท่อ PVC หรือ ไม้ และ/หรือมีความยาวเกิน 1 เมตร เข้าสนามแข่งขัน

- ห้ามนำธงที่มีข้อความที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความมั่นคง การเมือง ข้อความที่เป็นการดูหมิ่น สร้างความแตกแยก ยั่วยุผู้อื่น เข้าสนามแข่งขัน

-  ในวันแข่งขัน จะไม่อนุญาตให้นำอุปกรณ์เชียร์ใดๆ ที่นอกเหนือจากข้อกำหนดข้างต้น เข้าสนามแข่งขันโดยเด็ดขาด

????STADIUM CODE OF CONDUCT  : ข้อกำหนดการนำอุปกรณ์เชียร์เข้าสนามแข่งขัน

- Refrain from bringing cheering equipment that violates all kinds of competition rules.

- All cheering equipment must be inspected and authorized by the competition managers depending on the discretion of the  Asian Football Confederation and the competition committee.

-Flags larger than 2x3 meters are not permitted in the stadium (except the national flags).

-In case the national flag is larger than 2x3 meters, please send an official letter to request for permission to bring into the stadium and to store the equipment with  competitions committee via competitions.events@fathailand.org by 24 Mar 2024, 17:00 hrs.

- Flagpoles made of hard materials such as steel, aluminium, PVC pipes, wood, or more than 1 meter in length are not permitted on the field.

- Flags with statements on security, politics, or insulting remarks are not permitted. Others are drawn into the field as a result of the divisiveness.

- No cheering equipment beyond the restrictions listed above will be permitted on match day.

สำหรับแฟนบอล/กลุ่มแฟนบอลที่มีความประสงค์จะนำอุปกรณ์เชียร์เข้าสู่สนาม เช่น ป้ายทุกขนาด กลอง ธง ด้ามธง หรือ อุปกรณ์การเชียร์ทุกชนิด ให้ทำหนังสือถึงสมาคมที่อีเมล competitions.events@fathailand.org เพื่อขออนุญาตและนำฝากอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ กับฝ่ายจัดการแข่งขัน ภายในวันที่ 14 พฤศจิกายน 2566 เวลา 17.00 น.

For a group of football fans who desire to bring banners of all sizes, drums, flags, flag handles, and other types of cheering equipment onto the field. 

Please send an official letter to competitions.events@fathailand.org 
to request permission and storage various equipment with our competitions department.

????PROHIBITED ITEMS : สิ่งต้องห้ามนำเข้าสนามแข่งขัน และสถานที่จัดการแข่งขัน

- ห้ามนำอาวุธเข้า / No weapons 

- ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในสนาม / No smoking 

- ห้ามนำเข้าขวดน้ำ ขวดพลาสติก ขวดแก้ว และกระป๋อง / No bottles, plastic bottles and cans 

- ห้ามนำเข้า หรือจุดพลุประทัด หรือไฟเย็น / No fireworks and sparklers 

- ห้ามนำนกหวีด แตร และเลเซอร์ เข้าสนาม / No whistle, horn and laser

- ห้ามปิดใบหน้า / No face-mask

- ห้ามนำสารเสพติดเข้าสนาม / No drugs

- ห้ามนำป้ายหรือสัญลักษณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเมืองการเหยียด หรือโฆษณา เข้าสนาม / No signs or symbols related to politics Racism and commercial

- ห้ามนำ สัตว์เลี้ยง ทุกชนิดเข้าสนาม / No pets

- ห้ามนำกล้อง DSLR และไม้เซลฟี่เข้าสนาม  / No DSLR cameras and selfie stick

- ห้ามขว้างปาวัตถุใดๆ ลงในสนาม / Do not throw any objects down the field

- ห้ามบินโดรน / No drone

ผู้ที่เข้าชมการแข่งขันห้ามทำการบันทึกภาพการแข่งขัน หรือส่งสัญญาณการถ่ายทอดสดภาพการแข่งขัน รวมถึงการ Live ทาง Facebook หรือ แฟนเพจ โดยเด็ดขาด หากสมาพันธ์ฟุตบอลเอเชีย ผู้ถือสิทธิ์การแข่งขันได้มีการตรวจพบจะดำเนินการให้ออกจากสนามแข่งขันทันที และดำเนินการตามกฎหมาย

วัสดุ หรืออุปกรณ์ใดๆ ที่อาจจะเป็นอันตราย หรืออาจทำให้เกิดความไม่เรียบร้อยต่อการจัดการแข่งขัน ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของสมาพันธ์ฟุตบอลเอเชีย และคณะกรรมการจัดการแข่งขัน
หากผู้ใดกระทำการฝ่าฝืน ฝ่ายจัดการแข่งขัน จำเป็นต้องดำเนินคดีตามกฏหมายที่บัญญัติไว้สูงสุด

It is strictly prohibited for spectators to film the competition or transmit a live broadcast of the game, including Facebook Live and fan pages. Shall the  Asian Football Confederation, the holder of the right to compete, discovers a violation of the rules, the offending team will be expelled immediately.

Any material or equipment that may be dangerous or cause competition dishonesty. This is at the discretion of the AFC and the competition management committee.
For any infractions of competition administration
It is essential to pursue prosecution to the full extent of the law.

จำเป็นต้องดำเนินคดีตามกฏหมายที่บัญญัติไว้สูงสุด 

Bringing in, setting flares, and causing any damages 
to Stadium property and image
in the area of the stadium are not allowed
For any infractions of competition management
will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law.
